The vibrant and exuberant morning of 5^th October began with the initiation of much awaited 5^th National HR summit. The event focused on the subject of HR innovation, CSR  and the role of social media in the recruitment process.

Day 1 :- 5^th October

The day laid emphasis on the issue of HR value chain; a differentiator for the business, learning and development practices for sustainable growth. The topic was aptly discussed through a series of presentation by MBA students followed by views of prominent HR’s.

Day 2 :- 6^th October

The curtains of day 2 made way for the second most important topic i.e. is CSR (corporate social relationship)  and the role of HR in achieving it. The event also highlighted the emerging role of social media for recruitment purposes and changing HR- employee relationship.
