ABV-IIITM , Gwalior the speaker who attracted the audience most was Mrs. Renu Rohtagi. She is presently working with Senior
Manager –HR at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd.
She has more than
10 years of experience of working in corporate world. Our Uthaan Reporters got
golden opportunity to get her views on several questions like
Ques: Do the college name really maters while selecting a candidate??
Answer:
When the Organization comes to choose a candidate they look both at the
brand and the performance of the
candidate in several assessments. They basically judge the potential of the
candidate and try to make out how they can use its potential for the organization.
Ques:
In descending order of priorities for an organization sdo its people
come first?
Answer: Absolutely. Actually it’s the people of the organization
who build up the business for the organization.
An organization with simple infrastructure but highly talented people is
always better.
Ques: What do you really like or dislike
about ABV-IIITM?
Answer: The thing which I really like about ABV-IIITM
is its culture. Its culture is seen everywhere. People feel this culture. Each person
in ABV-IIITM reflects his culture. This is what I liked the most.
