An Interview with Mr.Rizwanuddin



 INTRODUCTION
The 6th NATIONAL HR SUMMIT, organized by ABV-IIITM Gwalior, witnessed HRs from the most reputed business houses. Blessed with great sense of talent recognition, their speeches the youth to cover an extra mile in their career.
The HR SUMMIT was also blessed to have “The regional PF Commissioner”, Mr Rizwanuddin to deliver his inspirational flow of words. Post his interactive session, members of UTHAAN interviewed him, and next is the summary of the same.

Ques: What are your reviews about the culture and campus of ABV-IIITM??

Answer: The most striking feature of the ABV-IIITM campus is undoubtedly its greenery and vicinity with the nature. The number of trees in the campus are enough to startle any visitor. The butterfly conservatory and the peacocks sheltered also draw attention towards them.
ABV-IIITM also carries with itself a great heritage and culture. The institute that has budding engineers with love for technology also has a sense of indigenous culture.

Ques: Should government of India pass a bill, asking the officers to use bicycle for their transportation??

Answer: It is a social responsibility that must be inculcated in every Indian soul. Mother Nature needs our help for sustainability and we must not lag behind. You don’t need a law to enforce you protect nature. Mr. Venkaiyya Naidu has advised Officials to use Metro for local journeys.

Ques:What are your views on the use of bikes by college students?

Answer:Again as I said it is a sense of moral duty that must come from within in each and every student or to be precise every human soul. And moreover if the campus is like ABV-IIITM, the greenery can compensate for the pollution caused. But yes, bikes must not be used for very short distances.

Ques:Your advice to the students of the campus??

Answer:The students of the institution are proven smart as they have made into this college. Students must learn every bit of technical details, they must become good engineers but they also should try and become Good humans.  Technical knowledge and Ethical understanding are undoubtedly the ingredients of a complete human.
